We strive to generate amazing professional product images that you'll love. If your product images don't meet your expectations, we're committed to making it right for you.

If you are not satisfied, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are always there to serve you.

Individual Photoshoots

While you can generate the images, it's unlikely that all will be perfect. Just like in a studio photoshoot, you can expect a few incredible images, but it is unlikely that all your product images will be great.
Training a model and generating images involves significant costs, and as such, we generally do not provide refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive the best possible results.

Refund and Redo Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the images, here are your options:

  1. Complimentary Redo: The photos you upload are the most important ingredient in generating great images. We'll redo your photoshoot by retraining the model, allowing you to upload new photos for a fresh set of images.
  2. Case-by-Case Refund: We are determined to get you a great set of images, so we may make an attempt to create a new set of product shots for you. If we are not able to generate a few good images even in the new set, we will refund your payment.

Refund Eligibility

To prevent abuse, you are eligible for a redo or refund ONLY IF:

  • You've uploaded photos complying with our requirements.
  • You contact us within 7 days of purchase.
